Please read before purchasing.
We do not issue refunds, but we will gladly issue a store credit/exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your items/order (as per tracking information). Please let us know if you would like to receive a store credit or an exchange.
All merchandise returned must be new, unworn, unwashed, unscented & with original tags attached. If not in these conditions, you will not be able to return your items.
For a store credit:
Once we receive your items, inspect them and determine if they are acceptable, we will then process your store credit. Please expect an email with your store credit code within 1-3 business days. This store credit can be used on any items on shopjennarose.com
within 6 months.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
All shoes, accessories, bodysuits, sale items and swimwear are FINAL SALE.
GIFT CARDS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
